Don’t Forget Your Furry Friends!

Especially during these dark days of the pandemic, our animal companions are more important than ever.  And while it is not terribly uncommon for couples hosting a micro-wedding to bring their furry friends to the big event, folks hosting post-pandemic larger events might consider bringing their fur babies, too.

The other day, I was perusing shots from an earlier wedding at the wonderful Metropolitan Building in Long Island City.  The bride, a designer, had incorporated so many pinterest-worthy elements to the wedding my heart was overflowing with happiness as I looked around.  From a macaron station to photos of the weddings of the bride and groom’s parents, everything was pastel perfection.  One of my favorite aspects of the wedding is that the couple brought their beloved Labrador to share in their day.  You can see him present with the best man during the ceremony, at the couple’s side during the toast, and wandering the venue throughout the evening.

The celebration was perfect in every way!  I’d love to officiate your wedding with your favorite pooch!
